As of the reporting year 2024, GRESB is updating the names of some of its assessment services.
Going forward, the Response Check will be referred to as the Pre-Submission Check. This is a review of participants’ Assessment responses that is conducted prior to the official submission.
Similarly, the Results Review has been renamed to Results Consultation. This service takes place after the results release and provides an in-depth understanding of your GRESB Assessment results, including detailed insight into the validation process and the allocation of points for individual indicators.
These name changes better describe the true nature of the services and aim to prevent confusion among participants as to what these services cover. To learn more about the Pre-Submission Check and Result Consultation services, see the resources below.
