Important update: GRESB resources have moved
GRESB Guides is now the primary home for GRESB Assessment guidance. GRESB Guides is a complete redesign of our resource experience, built to be more intuitive, practical, and closely aligned with how participants complete GRESB Assessments. This new platform will replace our legacy resource areas (e.g., documents.gresb.com and the website’s Resources library) and reflects Member feedback.
What’s new?
- Reference Guide content, Scoring Document content, technical FAQs, indicator summaries, and asset-level data is integrated at the indicator level
- Navigation is aligned with how the Assessments are completed in practice
The content remains fully aligned with the GRESB Standards; what’s changed is the clarity and accessibility of the guidance. See here for additional details on what GRESB improved in the 2026 guidance.
