Created in 2009, GRESB is the global ESG benchmark for real assets, composed of an independent foundation and a benefit corporation.  GRESB provides a rigorous methodology and consistent framework to measure the ESG performance of individual assets and portfolios based on self-reported data. The benchmark is guided by what institutional investors and market participants  consider to be the most material issues, with annual updates reflecting key trends and issues that are are aligned with leading ESG frameworks such as  the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Climate Agreement. Attendees will learn about the GRESB assessment, the data and analytics provided as a result of participating  and the benefits of becoming a member.
