It contains specific accounting and reporting recommendations for commercial real estate to allow further consistency in reporting for financial institutions.
The webinar will start with Madeline Schneider (PCAF), Prof. Dr. Sven Bienert (CRREM), and Erik Landry (GRESB) covering the creation of the Technical Guidance and some of the key elements found within it.
