As a premier partner of GRESB, Apath Resilience is hosting a seminar entitled “ESG- Integration of Real Estate Assets Management -A Paradigm Shift towards ESG: Non-Financial Disclosure and Reporting for Real Estate Assets Management” in collaboration with GRESB, Deloitte, and KGBC(Korea Green Building Council).
The event is expected to help businesses and financial institutions to find an ESG-integrated portfolio management of their own, especially for the real estate assets, with an emphasis on non-financial disclosure and reporting.
Real estate assets might easily be overlooked for their significance of disclosure and reporting under the newly-arranged accounting framework. Buildings, however, account for a significant portion of the total energy consumption as well as GHG emission and waste management. This leads to the inevitable needs for a transparent and objective way of disclosure and reporting.
