ANREV Annual Conference 2023 is now open for registration. This year’s conference will be held at Toranomon Hills Forum Tokyo on 12 October with cocktails and dinner the night before at Gajoen Hotel.
The conference themed “Opportunities in APAC – Heading for sustainable growth, resilience and diversification”, is a unique opportunity to explore the latest trends and opportunities in the Asia Pacific region’s real estate market and gain valuable insights into how to achieve sustainable growth, resilience, and diversification in your portfolio.
The conference will open with a presentation from Dr. Danny Quah, Dean and Li Ka Shing Professor in Economics, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, he is also the author of “The Global Economy’s Shifting Centre of Gravity”. Dr. Quah will deliver an insightful session on global and regional economic and political interdependencies, shedding light on the complex relationship between economic growth and political stability, as well as the challenges and opportunities presented by the evolving global landscape.
The conference will also hear from the world’s leading real estate investors to discuss the global real estate outlook, future of living sectors, as well as robust sectors in Japan including office, logistics and hospitality. The conference will also explore the trend of investing in open-ended funds in the region.
Closing the conference will be an in-depth interview with Mr. Kazunari Yaguchi at the Japan Post Bank and Mr. Rainer Komenda at BVK who will share their perspectives on investment outlooks.
