The offline Excel version of the Real Estate Assessment allows GRESB members to begin collecting data for their Real Estate submission before the Assessment Portal opens. This file does not support evidence uploads and is not linked to the GRESB Assessment Portal, so it cannot automatically populate indicator answers in the Assessment Portal.
