Get ahead of the SEC’s new climate-related disclosure rules with GRESB

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has proposed new rules that will require real estate and infrastructure managers to start making climate-related disclosures in the near future, including on their Scope 1, 2, & 3 emissions.

Unless the rule is amended, many filers will need disclosures for their 2023 fiscal year, with assurances becoming required shortly thereafter. So how can you stay ahead of SEC expectations?
