GRESB introduces new Data Exporter feature to accelerate access to assessment data for GRESB Infrastructure Members

May 13, 2025, Amsterdam – GRESB, a strategic partner for resilient and high-performing investments across real assets and climate-critical industries, is pleased to announce a new strategic expansion of its Data Exporter: 2025 Submitted Data. This new feature enables earlier access to Infrastructure Assessment data, allowing investors, asset managers and operators to improve their data management capabilities and take timely, informed action—enhancing risk management, improving operational efficiency and supporting more resilient portfolios.

Available via the Data Exporter, 2025 Submitted Data allows infrastructure professionals to download assessment data as soon as it has been submitted in the GRESB Portal. This early access empowers users to leverage the data to align decision-making with key strategic priorities, corporate needs, and reporting cycles.

“In today’s rapidly evolving investment landscape, having access to high-quality data at the right moment is critical,” said Sebastien Roussotte, CEO of GRESB. “The 2025 Submitted Data feature represents a strategic shift toward real-time decision-making, empowering our members to take informed action to improve performance, enhance portfolio resilience, meet corporate and regulatory demands, and drive long-term value.”

The 2025 Submitted Data feature is available in the Data Exporter across all GRESB Infrastructure Assessments for infrastructure funds, assets, and development assets.
