Premier (Tier 2): Tailored for Solution Providers seeking more in-depth collaboration and visibility across the GRESB network
Solution Providers at the Premier tier have access to ALL of the benefits available to Core (Tier 1), as well as the following:
- Digital outreach campaigns featuring Solution Provider cohorts, relevant solutions, and value/impact
- Enhanced Solution Provider profiles and premium functionality, as features become available
- Solution “crosswalk” (i.e., mapping) against the GRESB Assessment, enabling solution-oriented analytics.
- Exclusive fee considerations for GRESB Accredited Professional (AP) exams
- Eligibility for nomination to working groups supporting Standards-related technical workstreams2
- Eligibility to collaborate with GRESB on curated engagement forums and events, designed to connect Solution Providers with managers seeking support in specific performance or disclosure areas (e.g., Partner-hosted client meet-ups, solution showcase events, solution-oriented webinars, podcasts, or roundtables)3

On a case-by-case basis, GRESB may engage in enterprise partnerships with Solution Providers beyond the Core and Premier tiers, to align strategic priorities and enable deeper integration and joint value creation. Specific terms, conditions, and additional fees will apply.
