In the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) field and investment sustainability criteria, in 2015 it was the first real estate consultancy company in Italy registered for PRI – Principles for Responsible Investment. The Group is present in Italy, with its offices in Milan (the headquarters) and Rome, as well as abroad in the UK and France, with its London and Paris offices. It counts around 500 internal resources, a network of 600 technicians, approximately 1,000 valuers, and over €80 million in revenue. The Group supports clients in the analysis and strategic planning of ESG aspects, from the screening phase through to the definition of actions aimed at improving performance. Our services are provided to industrial groups and private equity funds (particularly in the context of business unit acquisitions), as well as to real estate operators and institutional investors. RYZE also acts as a consultant for obtaining the following certifications:
- WELL: Physical and mental well-being of building occupants
- BREEAM: Environmental performance of the building based on management, consumption, and occupant well-being
- LEED: Energy efficiency in the design, construction, and operation of buildings
- WIREDSCORE: Digital connectivity of the building, including network coverage, efficiency, flexibility, and security
- GRESB: ESG performance assessment of real estate portfolios and the related asset management company.
