The service supports participants throughout the GRESB reporting journey, from early preparation to submission and review.
The service covers key areas of reporting support, including:
- Recent GRESB Portal developments, including workflows and practical tips for navigating the platform
- Updates to the Standards Changes Document and Insights Report, with guidance on how they apply in practice
- Asset-level analysis, including Asset Analytics and score contribution insights
- Review and discussion of the Asset Spreadsheet and related data inputs
- Dedicated time to address other technical reporting questions specific to participant needs
The Technical Expert Touchpoint provides an opportunity to spend focused one-on-one time with a GRESB Member Success expert to receive tailored advice based on participant needs.
