Last Call: GRESB & MIPIM Sentiment Survey
GRESB and MIPIM launched a five-minute global sentiment survey to understand how the real estate industry is evolving its approach to sustainability.
While the term “ESG” may be fading, the fundamentals of value creation, risk management, and long-term resilience remain central. The survey examines how organizations are translating these principles into action—and whether the industry is staying on course toward the goals that ESG was meant to drive.
All responses are confidential, with results to be shared later this year and featured at MIPIM 2026.

GRESB Case Study Spotlight
Harnessing sustainability and climate resilience for value creation: A spotlight on Mexico’s FibraHotel
Mexican hospitality real estate investment trust FibraHotel relies on GRESB insights to strengthen certification efforts, advance its energy transition plan, and embed climate risk analysis across its portfolio of 85 hotels. The case study highlights how the company is scaling certifications, improving efficiency and renewable energy sourcing, and integrating resilience considerations into acquisition and asset management decisions—helping future-proof assets in climate-vulnerable regions and reinforce long-term value.
“GRESB is no longer just a reporting tool, it has become a core driver of how we manage operational performance, allocate capital, and future-proof our portfolio against climate and market transitions,” said Aranza Enríquez, Sustainability Manager at FibraHotel.
Building consistency and collaboration: EnviroSustain’s team approach to the GRESB AP Program
Long-standing GRESB Premier Partner EnviroSustain relies on the GRESB Accredited Professional (AP) Program to build a shared technical foundation across its sustainability team and enhance the consistency of its client advisory work.
By preparing for the credential through structured study groups, peer learning, and direct application during submission season, the team has strengthened internal alignment around assessment logic, data assurance, and reporting quality. With multiple GRESB APs now in place, EnviroSustain is better equipped to support a fast-growing, data-driven real estate market and deliver more consistent outcomes for clients across Europe.
“Beyond the credential itself, the process encouraged reflection on best practices and reaffirmed how we approach consistency and accuracy in reporting,” said Ingemar Hunold, Partner at EnviroSustain.
