We are a data solutions provider for external building management and ESG data reporting, turning historically invisible contractor activities into structured, owner-controlled ESG and GHG datasets.
We address a critical problem for building owners: internal building data is increasingly claimed by tenants for their own ESG and Scope 3 reporting, leaving owners with limited, contested data that they can clearly use for their own disclosures and GRESB submissions. Exterior operations also consume resources and generate emissions and waste, yet they rarely produce structured data that can be confidently used in ESG or greenhouse gas reporting, creating a material gap in whole-building performance accounts and GRESB-aligned datasets.
Our solution is to convert these under-measured, contractor-driven activities into a dedicated ESG and GHG data stream owned by the building owner. We capture operational telemetry from external building management, structure it across core ESG categories (water, energy, carbon, waste, and greenhouse gas emissions), and translate it into GRESB-aligned datasets that integrate into existing ESG systems and reporting workflows. This provides an additional, uncontested source of decision-grade data that reduces reliance on estimates and supports more robust ESG, GRESB, and sustainability-linked financing disclosures.
