Intent: What is the purpose of this indicator?

This indicator assesses whether the entity communicates any sustainability-related misconduct, penalties, incidents, accidents, or breaches of codes of conduct to its investors. Recurring issues of this nature can increase the portfolio’s risk profile by creating financial, management, and regulatory burdens for the entity.

Input: How do I complete this indicator?

Select Yes or No: If selecting ‘Yes’, select applicable sub-options.

Sustainability-related incident occurrences: Any cases that are related to sustainability incidents that occurred during the reporting year can be reported here. This may include both incidents for which the entity received a fine or other formal reprimand by a regulator, as well as incidents that were not formally penalized.

Participants may use this open text box to communicate on the process the reporting entity intends to follow in order to communicate any sustainability-related misconducts to its stakeholders.
