As demand for digital infrastructure accelerates, GRESB and Infrastructure Masons (iMasons) have joined forces to create the world’s first global sustainability benchmark tailored to data centers.

The GRESB Data Center Assessment is designed to meet the needs of investors, developers, and operators navigating this fast-growing market. Following a successful pilot launched in Q3 2025, GRESB will release the full assessment in 2026.

Once GRESB launches the assessment, this page will be updated with all the information needed to support participation. As with the Real Estate and Infrastructure Assessment guidance, the content will include the following sections:
