Intent: What is the purpose of this indicator?

This indicator intends to identify whether the entity monitors the livability and walkability scores of its residential assets.

Access to quality infrastructure and amenities improves residents' quality of life and ensures a well-functioning, connected, and vibrant community, which is critical for residential real estate.

Input: How do I complete this indicator?

Select yes or no. If yes, select all applicable sub-options and fill in the relevant fields.

Percentage of residential portfolio covered: Calculate as the share of the portfolio for which livability and/or walkability scores are available, using a method chosen by the participant. This may be calculated by asset count, unit count, GAV, or floor area, as long as the approach is transparently disclosed.

Methodology: Provide the definition(s) used to measure livability/walkability and the approach used to calculate the percentage of the portfolio covered by each score.
