GRESB employs minimum criteria to evaluate building certification schemes for recognition within the GRESB Standard.
Certification bodies (the entity responsible for overseeing and administering various certification schemes) are responsible for submitting evidence to demonstrate scheme alignment with GRESB's building certification evaluation criteria. Participants are no longer responsible for submitting new schemes for review. The instructions and survey for certification bodies are included here.

The final deadline for submitting a new energy rating for review by the GRESB team is June 1. Schemes submitted for review after June 1st will not be reviewed until the subsequent reporting year.
