Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a building certification as a technical building assessment?
A building certification alone might not be sufficient to serve as a Technical Building Assessment. While a building certification might focus on specific aspects like energy performance, a technical building assessment is broader and requires a formal evaluation by a technical expert, covering structural processes, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
