Intent: What is the purpose of this indicator?

The intent of this indicator is to ensure the communication of any sustainability-related misconduct, penalties, incidents, accidents breaches against the codes of conduct/ethics to the reporting entity’s investor. Recurring misconducts and penalties can increase the risk profile of the portfolio as they impose financial, management and regulatory burdens on the entity.

Sustainability incident occurrences: Any cases that are related to sustainability incidents that occurred during the reporting year can be reported here. This may include both incidents for which the entity received a fine or other formal reprimand by a regulator, as well as incidents that were not formally penalized.

Participants may use this open text box to communicate on the process the reporting entity intends to follow in order to communicate any sustainability-related misconducts to its stakeholders.
