This indicator assesses whether the entity communicates any sustainability-related fines or regulatory penalties to its investors. Transparent disclosure of such issues helps investors understand potential operational, financial, and regulatory risks, and supports more informed decision-making about the resilience and long-term performance of the portfolio.
