Operating since 2015, CTE is the first Brazilian consultancy to carry out ESG consultancy for national and international Real Estate companies. They work to improve the ESG indicators of your real estate fund portfolios with assets located in Brazil. They are currently responsible for the ESG management of 7 portfolios totaling 107 million f² and $7.2 bi GAV. Their work focuses on a long-term partnership with our customers, promoting continuous improvement in ESG indicators.
In addition to this service, They offer other ESG-related consulting services, such as Energy Efficiency for Assets in Operation, Real-Time Performance Management, Tenant Engagement Programs, Consulting for NET Zero Certifications, Development of Carbon Inventories, Goal Setting, of issuance based on the Science Base Target among other services.
